To introduce more men and women in Northeast Ohio to careers in the union construction industry, the Cleveland Building Trades hosted a career fair on Oct. 16, at the Pipefitters Local 120 Hall, located at 6305 Halle Drive in Cleveland from 6 to 7:30 p.m. More than 350 attended.

The Ed Keating Center operates three non-profit sober living facilities for recovering alcoholic, and drug-addicted, men and women. The organization takes in individuals struggling with addiction at no cost to the individual or their health insurance.

From April 18 to 22, the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 94 Training Center in Canton welcomed 33 apprentices from across the state to demonstrate their training as either a pipefitter, plumber, sprinkler fitter, welder or HVAC service technician.
