Applications Available

  • Applications handed out on Monday’s between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

  • New apprentice classes begin as needed

  • $20.00 application fee

Admission Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

  • Sealed High school transcripts or G.E.D. test scores

  • Test

  • Interview

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

  • Birth Certificate

  • Pass drug test

Terms of Electrical Apprenticeship Training

  • Apprenticeship shall be five (5) years consisting of five (5), one-year segments

  • Minimum of 2,000 hours of on-the-job training per year

  • Minimum of 246 hours of classroom instruction per year

  • Annual raises every year

  • Probationary period of 1 year

Apprentices of Pipefitters Local 120 can receive course credit towards an associate degree in a program offered by Cuyahoga Community College.
