The Cleveland Building and Construction Trades Council is pleased to introduce a structured, unique bonding program offered by Ullico Casualty Group, LLC, in conjunction with NFP, geared specifically to support small and minority-owned union contractors struggling to obtain necessary bonding. Understanding that all bonding is procedurally driven, Ullico Casualty Group and NFP have created this program to be as hassle free as possible for the small and emerging union contractors.
A personal approach with every union contractor application is taken with the goal being to put union labor to work. Not only have Ullico Casualty Group and NFP mitigated the complexity and overall underwriting process usually associated with bonding small contractors, they also oversee the underwriting decision-making preparation process so our union members are not just a piece of paper lost in the shuffle.
